After all, that’s why I became a doula— to help families learn and feel empowered as they welcome their babies. But in so much of pregnancy and birth, there is a loving invitation to loosen our grip, quiet our minds, and remember that we were never meant to carry it all alone.
My faith has carried me through some of the most vulnerable, uncertain, and beautiful moments of my journey into motherhood. I've learned that sometimes the most powerful prayer isn't long or eloquent. Sometimes it's simply a name whispered when everything feels too much.
I created The Faith-Filled Mama Library to give mothers a place to prepare for the sacred seasons ahead, but more importantly, to spend time with God. I pray you bring Him every fear, hope, question, prayer, and dream along the way. How lovely it is to delight in Him!
